Dr. Bronner’s processes orders through our online platform and does not accept phone orders. Payment options include PayPal and major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Applicable sales or use tax is collected for shipments to all U.S. states except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. In Alabama, a simplified sellers use tax is collected on taxable orders and remitted to the Alabama Department of Revenue under program account number SSU-R011228197. Orders exceeding $650 cannot be processed through our system.
Once an order is submitted, it begins processing immediately, and changes or cancellations cannot be made after fulfillment has started. Customers should carefully review their order details prior to purchase to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Shipping is provided via FedEx SmartPost for all domestic orders over $49, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to these regions are subject to weight-based shipping charges. Free shipping eligibility requires that the order total reach $49 after applying any discounts. Customers should allow up to 10 business days for FedEx to pick up the shipment and update tracking information for free shipping orders. FedEx does not deliver Ground Economy shipments on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST on weekdays or on weekends and federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. No signature is required for delivery. Dr. Bronner’s does not ship to Canada, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or military addresses (APO & FPO). International customers should contact an authorized distributor in their region.

Dr. Bronner’s stands behind its products and offers a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for personal care items purchased from drbronner.com or authorized U.S. sellers. This guarantee applies only to original end-user purchasers and does not cover products bought from unauthorized sellers. To initiate a return or claim the guarantee, customers must contact the Customer Experience team online or by phone (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST) within 45 days of purchase. Required information includes purchase details, proof of purchase, photos if available, and a reason for dissatisfaction.
Approved returns must be mailed to Dr. Bronner’s Webstore Returns Department at 1335 Park Center Drive, Suite B-D, Vista, CA 92081. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and products cannot be dropped off at headquarters. Refunds for purchases made through drbronner.com are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Customers who purchased from authorized sellers should follow the seller’s return policies.
